01.Acceptance & Parental Authority Requirement

By accessing or using the KinWatch platform, API endpoints, Telegram Bot (`@KinWatchBot`), or companion Android software, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and the lawful parent or legal guardian of the minor whose device is being monitored.

⚠️ Strict Notice: KinWatch is strictly licensed for parental safety and personal property protection. Installing this software on devices belonging to unauthorized third parties, spouses, or employees without express written consent is illegal and strictly forbidden.

02.Acceptable Use & Anti-Abuse Policy

You agree not to use KinWatch to:

Violate applicable local, state, national, or international wiretapping or digital privacy statutes.
Harass, stalk, blackmail, or intercept private communications of unauthorized adults.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass KinWatch cryptographic verification mechanisms.

03.Free Trials, Subscriptions & Billing

Every new tenant receives a 7-day unrestricted free trial upon Google authentication without requiring credit card registration. Upon expiration on Day 8, remote commands pause until upgraded.

All payment transactions are securely handled via 256-bit encrypted global checkout. Subscriptions automatically renew at the selected billing cadence (monthly or annual) until canceled in your dashboard.

04.Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

KinWatch provides edge surveillance and command routing "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted uptime. Under no circumstances will KinWatch or its maintainers be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from lost device connectivity, third-party carrier blocks, or device tampering.
